*All competitor websites and listings on 3rd party sites such as eBay and Amazon must be licensed online retailers, based in Singapore. These retailers can honor manufacturer warranties and ensure the product is not OEM.
 

Examples

1. PVC Master has quoted material and installation at $400, but you find the exact same material and installation process a licensed competitor on sale for $350 (including all fees and shipping costs). PVC Master will adjust your total to be $332.50. No questions asked.

2. A competitor has a membership program that gives you 10% back, at a later date, to spend at their store on a future purchase. That’s cool. PVC Master will give you that same 10% discount and let you keep that money in your pocket. No questions asked.

Sales and Price Adjustments 

If you see something on sale at www.pvcmaster.com or www.pvcmasterinstallment.com, don’t wait around to buy it!  Sale prices are not permanent and can change frequently.

If the purchase price of an item drops within 20 days of your purchase, just let us know and we will credit you the difference. Similarly, if you find a competitor's price to be less than your purchase price within 7 days of your purchase, let us know and we can credit you the difference as well. In both cases, the same item must be in stock at a lesser price.
 

No Goods Sales Tax

PVC Master does not charge GST! We simply absorb it!
 

Pricing Errors

At PVC Master we try our best to ensure the accuracy of our pricing. However, even with our most sincere efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an item's price is displayed incorrectly, we will cancel your order for that item and alert you of the order cancellation. Thank you and apologize in advance for our mistake.

 

Expected Schedule of events

• Quotation sent to PVC Master via online "Pricing Request Form"

• Client to receive Initial Quotation within 3 working days

• Date is set for site survey (30min)

• On-the-spot confirmation of 

  1. Final Quotation

  2. Date and Time of Installation 

  3. Payment of deposit ($150 or 50% of the Initial Quotation - Whichever is higher)

     • Cash or Cheque payable to "Success Succeed Successful Pte Ltd"

• Day of installation, the area has to be cleared of items and furniture before the arrival of installers (unless the client opt for shifting by installers)

• After installation, the owner is to sign the acceptance form and pay the balance due.

  • Cash or Cheque payable to "Success Succeed Successful Pte Ltd"

 

The estimated time from Quotation to Delivery of the project is expected to be no more than 3 weeks
