To ensure that we can give you our full attention, please schedule an appointment with us beforehand. During your visit, we'll provide refreshments and help you navigate through our wide selection of flooring options. Our showroom operates on a first come first serve basis, so book your appointment today and let us help you find the perfect flooring for your home or business.
Cancellation Policy
VinylCleanPro Booking Policy 1. Booking Confirmation All bookings require a 100% payment to secure your preferred cleaning dates/time. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 72 hours or more prior to the appointment will receive a full refund* of the money paid (less admin fee) or may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the appointment will forfeit 50% of the day's cleaning fee. No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. 3. Service Changes and Additional Work Any changes to the scope of work after booking may affect pricing and scheduling. Additional services requested on the day of the appointment will be quoted and billed separately. 4. Access and Preparation Customers must ensure clear access to the area to be serviced and remove any personal items prior to our arrival to avoid delays. If VinylCleanPro technicians are unable to access the service area or complete the job due to insufficient preparation, additional charges may apply, or the service may be rescheduled. 5. Damages and Liability VinylCleanPro takes great care when servicing your property; however, VinylCleanPro is not liable for pre-existing damage or damage caused by factors outside our control. Any damages directly caused by our technicians due to negligence will be addressed promptly. 6. Service Guarantees We guarantee the quality of our cleaning services when used as recommended and under normal conditions. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 7 days, and we will address your concerns promptly. 7. Stubborn Stains and Cleaning Limitations While VinylCleanPro utilizes superior scrubbing machines and techniques, certain stains or damage may prove to be resistant or impossible to remove. In such cases, VinylCleanPro shall not be held liable or penalized for stains that cannot be fully eliminated despite best efforts. 8. Payment Methods Payment can be made via online payment methods as specified at booking. Full payment is required to book the service, and receipts will be provided upon request. 9. Privacy and Data Protection All customer information is kept confidential and used solely for booking and service purposes. By booking with VinylCleanPro, you agree to comply with this policy.
